Do I need to be home? Not at all! As long as we have access to your service area (usually the backyard), we can perform the cleaning while you’re at work or running errands.
What about my dog? Can they stay outside? If your dog is friendly and comfortable with strangers, they are more than welcome to keep us company! However, if your dog is protective or aggressive toward visitors, we ask that they stay inside during our scheduled visit.
What do you do with the waste? We bag the waste and dispose of it according to local municipal regulations. Typically, we place the bagged waste in your outdoor trash bin, but we can discuss haul-away options if needed.
Do you sanitize your tools? Yes. To prevent the spread of parasites or bacteria between yards, we thoroughly disinfect our rakes, scoops, and boots after every single job.

Do you scoop in the rain? We work through light rain and typical weather. However, if there is extreme weather (lightning, heavy snow, or dangerous temperatures), we will pause service and reschedule with you for the next available clear day.
What if I’m going on vacation? Just give us 24 hours' notice! We can skip a week or pause your service until you return.

Is there a contract? No. We believe our quality of work keeps customers coming back. You can start or stop service at any time with no cancellation fees.
How do I pay? We keep it simple with automated billing. Most of our customers choose to have a card on file that is charged monthly or per-visit.
